Tuesday, May 27, 2025 = First day of 2025 Summer Program
Thursday, June 19, 2025 = JFK Closed; Juneteenth
Friday, July 4, 2025 = JFK Closed; Independence Day
August 8, 2025 = Last day of 2025 Summer Program
Monday, August 11, 2025 = JFK Closed; School Year Prep and Staff Training
2025 - 2026 School Year Important Dates:
During the 2025-2026 school year all Just For Kids sites will be CLOSED on the following dates:
Monday, September 1, 2025 = Labor Day
Tuesday, November 4th = Election Day; Schools and JFK Closed
Monday through Friday, November 24th - 28th = Autumn Break
Wednesday, December 24, 2025 through Wednesday, January 2, 2026 = Winter Break
Monday, January 19, 2026 = Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
Monday, February 16, 2026 = President's Day
Just For Kids will be open on the following non-school days, however, some sites may be closed due to low enrollment. Care will be available at open locations for families attending these sites. Please watch your email, newsletters and site postings for information:
Friday, October 10, 2025 = End of First Quarter
Thursday, October 16, 2025 = Parent/Teacher Conferences
Friday, October 17, 2025 = No school K-12
Monday, January 5, 2026 =No school K-12; Teacher Directed Day
Monday through Friday, March 16-20, 2026 = Spring Break
Tuesday, May 19, 2026 = No school K-12; Teacher Directed Day
Just For Kids will be open until 6:00pm on the following early release days:
Tuesday, August 12, 2025 = First day of school
Friday, December 19, 2025 = Early release K-6
Friday, March 13, 2026 = Early release K-6
Friday, May 22, 2026 = Early release K-6; Last day of school and Just For Kids
