This form must be submitted at least 5 business days in advance of the 1st day of the vacation period.

Two weeks vacation credit will be allowed during the 2023 Summer session. Vacation time must be taken in one or two week blocks with the week starting on Monday and ending on Friday. If we do not receive your 5 business days notice we will not be able to honor your vacation credit request.

No credit will be given for Monday, May 29, 2023 or Tuesday, July 4, 2023. Just For Kids is closed these days and the tuition for these days was not included when our summer rates were set.
