Marian Pritchett JFK is our infant toddler program located at Frank Church High School.  The program provides safe, accessible, high-quality care for pregnant and parenting teens and staff in the Boise School District.  Our mission is:

1. To provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for exploration and discovery
2. To maintain a safe and clean environment
3. To provide nourishing snacks to promote healthy eating habits
4. To encourage positive, physical, social, emotional, and intellectual growth

Goals of the curriculum are:
Help caregivers and parents see the child as an individual 
Ensure developmentally appropriate practices
Address a child’s emerging skills

Children will be provided a variety of opportunities to engage in:   
Dramatic play (dolls, stuffed animals, familiar household items, etc.)
Sensory/art exploration (water play, finger paints, markers, crayons, play dough, etc.)
Curiosity possibilities (look, chew, bang, shake, build and listen)
Literacy opportunities (books, signing, stories read aloud, finger plays, rhyme and repetition)
Music (background music, singing, dancing, rhythm instruments, etc.)
Movement (jumping, running, walking, playing ball, riding tricycles, etc.)
Outdoor play (climbing equipment, watching clouds, picnics, walks, buggy rides, etc.)
